Spread the Love

CAUTION : once you taste this burger, you will not like any other burger from anywhere, not even from the most popular chain restaurants. I mean it. I call my burger ‘Burger King’ because it is actually THE KING of all burgers.
It’s a full proof recipe that cannot go wrong. It will give consistently delicious taste with unique blend of well balanced spices. It feels perfectly moistured (unlike other burgers that leave your mouth dry and choke your throat so much that you need a fizzy drink to help it slide down!)

Burger is believed to have been invented 1880. It got famous over the years and today it is one of the most popular fast food all over the world. Talking about its popularity only in the US – by the time the world reached to the millennium year, America had become a burger obsessed nation. Today Americans alone eats roughly 14 billion burgers per year!
Well, I am sure that after trying this burger you will also become obsessed to it (in a positive way, ofcaurse). Once I had invited my friends and had served these burger to them. Now, they often call me demanding for the burger. So here is my piece of advice – Do not serve it to any guests if you do not want to invite that trouble to yourself ! lolz !
Ofcaurse burger is a fast food with low nutritional value, but in this recipe I have tried to add some nutritions to it while maintaining its original taste.

  • Remove the veggie mixture from heat. Mash it with a potato masher while it's still hot. Divide the mixture into 4 portions. Make smooth balls. Pat them a bit to give it Patti's shape.

  • Add a tbsp and a half the mayonnaise spread and mix evenly. Keep aside.

To assemble

  • Cut apart buns at the middle. Spread a little butter on both the inner sides of a bun. Lightly toast the buttered side without giving any pressure to the buns(We do not want flat buns).
  • Apply mayonnaise spread on both sides of a bun. Put a lettuce leaf on the top.
  • Place a Patti on the top of the lettuce leaf.
  • Put a cheese slice on the top of the Patti.
  • Top it up with the salad prepared earlier.
  • Cover it with the other slice of the bun. Put a piece of red bell pepper or cherry tomato on the top of the bun and pass a toothpick through it piercing the bun too.

Notes
